Give yourself permission to change. 

This does not exist in anyone else’s hands but yours. 

Know that resistance to change will only bring pain. Pain that you yourself create and pain you do not need to endure

Change will bring challenges, of course. 

But the choice to shame yourself about those challenges, again, comes from yourself. 

Today, say aloud: 

I choose change. 
I accept change. 
I do not need to know anything else or how this all will play out in the end. 
I only need to choose and accept change today.
