My struggle with food was constant. Every day I was thinking about food and trying to control my eating. Fear was running my life. I was exhausted.
I wanted to reclaim my time, energy, and brain-space from this unhealthy cycle with food. I knew repeating the same old pattern of solely focusing on nutrition and exercise wasn’t going to get me anywhere.
This clarity and readiness to make a lasting change took me on a journey of exploring unconventional paths of healing that I’m deeply grateful for to this day.
When my dear friend Maria told me she was creating an online series to support women in discovering how they too can overcome their challenges with food and body to step into the driver’s seat of their lives, and invited me to be a part of it, I immediately said yes!
