If I had a nickel for every time someone had said to me, “you are the last person I’d suspect would have issues with food,”… well, I’d have a LOT of nickels. 😂

But in all seriousness, as a woman who strives for excellence, on the outside, you look like you have it all together all the time… but on the inside, it’s a totally different story. 

This can make sharing your experience with others, especially people who just don’t get it, difficult… even debilitating.
