Not long ago before leading one of my transformational retreats, I gave each of my clients this sticker. I told them to place it somewhere they would see it regularly and to repeat it to themselves whenever they see it. 

I did the same. I chose to place mine on my water cup so I was simultaneously hydrating the beliefs of my mind as I was hydrating the cells of my body.

Now, I want to pass this simple yet profound gift along to you!

Just as I shared with my clients, place this somewhere you’ll see it repeatedly. Here are a few fun ideas: 

  • On your bathroom mirror 
  • On the dashboard of your car 
  • Next to your phone charger 
  • Taped to the light switch of your bedroom
  • You can tape it to your water cup, like me. 

Move this into action because it’s the implementation that creates the change you seek. 

Then, notice what this shift feels like in your body.
