Just like overeating, procrastinating is a way of soothing anxiety, squishing feelings of frustration and distract from your internal demons barking “you’re not good enough”.
While in the moment your mind can trick you into thinking “doing it later” will make things better, in Truth, whatever you procrastinate on (like healing your emotional eating) will only feel like a BIGGER challenge later on.
Because procrastination AND emotional eating don’t transform the fear that you have to face when it comes to truly changing.
Waiting until 2019 won’t transform your fear.
Eating won’t transform your fear.
