Feeling bloated and heavy in your body today?

Be gentle with yourself. 

My high recommendation is not to make any extreme promises like “I’m never eating sugar again” or “I’m going to work this all off at the gym today,” which our minds LOVE to do after overeating. 

You don’t deserve to be punished. 

Instead, ask your body, “how can I take loving care of you right now?”

Listen. Act. Repeat often. 

Then give yourself at least three days to feel more like your healthy self, especially after overeating. 

Be good to yourself. ❤️
