Healthy Fast Food (an interview with Whole Foods Market Philadelphia)
Last week on J-ciniTV we dished out insider secrets on how to save money AND still eat healthy (and nowhere did we say you have to eat canned beans 3x a day to cut down on your grocery bill!). In case you missed it, you can catch it here.
And this week it’s all about how to save TIME!
One thing we ALL have in common is 24 hours. We all have 24 hours in a day. And as my coach consistently tells me, and I’ll pass this on to you…it’s what you do with those 24 hours that determines your success.
One thing I don’t do in those 24 hours is stand behind a sink or a stove and cook.
But that doesn’t mean I’m ordering Chinese takeout. Or waking up the next day feeling bloated, guilty and sluggish from eating food out that wasn’t good for me.
As I expressed last week, Laugh Yourself Skinny (TM) is not about sacrifice. It’s all about having both.
Both time to relax AND healthy food that’s right for you to eat.
Now you may be wondering how to go from all to nothing without cooking and without sabotaging your health.
And I want to be 100% honest with you; it’s going to be a gradual transition time saving process. Because thinking it’ll happen overnight will send you into overwhelm.
And the more time you spend in overwhelm or stress, the less time you have to relax (remember, we only have 24 hours).
The answers to start spending more time OUT of the kitchen are in today’s episode of J-ciniTV.
We go back to my neighborhood Whole Foods Market to get more insider secrets on how to make healthy fast food. Plus a few of my time saving tips too!
Watch this to no longer be a slave to your stove:
Know someone who could benefit from this info? Maybe it’s one person. Or maybe it’s a bunch. Please share it with them. You can share it publicly or privately. Whatever feels right for you.
And that goes for everything. Whatever feels right for you is the right thing.
From the depths of my heart, thank you so much for spending part of your 24 hours with me today.
Lots of love to you!
Love, health & laughter,
Jessica
