Ways to save money on healthy food (an interview with Whole Foods Market Philadelphia)
I’m super excited about this very special 2-part J-ciniTV series I’ll be sharing with you! Starting today!
I’m confident it’ll start to destroy the 2 biggest roadblocks when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off (for good!). And those 2 are…
MONEY & TIME!
This week we’ll be focusing on the cold hard cash.
First, let me ask you…
Do you cringe when the cashier at the grocery store tells you your total?
Do you sacrifice healthier foods (like organic, free range, etc.) for conventional or packaged to save money?
Do you feel like you can’t give your body what she needs because eating healthy is expensive?
Then this week’s video is for you!
You see, the dieting mentality is rooted in sacrifice. In other words, you have to give up your favorite foods in order to lose 10 pounds. And you have to cut out your fav glass of wine to be able to button your pants.
Not fun, right?
Well, the Laugh Yourself Skinny (TM) mentality is rooted in “both and more” meaning you get to enjoy your favorite foods AND lose 10 pounds. And you can have your favorite glass of wine AND still slip effortlessly (with breathing room) in your clothes.
Now when it comes to dolla bills, you may think you need to shell out a ton of cash in order to eat the foods that are right for your body.
BUT, in this week’s episode, I’m proving there’s a Laugh Yourself Skinny (TM) way to this!
I invaded my local Whole Foods Market to help dish out these secrets, showing you how you CAN save moolah AND still eat delicious, whole organic foods from your health food store.
Check out these money saving insider secrets from Whole Foods, where I do most of my food shopping. (Some of these will shock you!)
Next week, in the second part of this series, we’ll tackle how to save time.
Know someone who could benefit from this info? Maybe it’s one person. Or maybe it’s a bunch. Please share it with them. You can share it publicly or privately. Whatever feels right for you.
And that goes for everything. Whatever feels right for you is the right thing.
From the depths of my heart, thank you so much for spending part of your day with me today.
Lots of love to you!
Love, health & laughter,
Jessica
