This week we’ll be focusing on the cold hard cash.

First, let me ask you…

Do you cringe when the cashier at the grocery store tells you your total?

Do you sacrifice healthier foods (like organic, free range, etc.) for conventional or packaged to save money?

Do you feel like you can’t give your body what she needs because eating healthy is expensive?
