these are a few of my favorite things!
Hi! Every once in a while I come across something that brings me so much joy, that I just have to share it with the people I love. Since you are a part of my inner circle 😉 I wanted to share a few things I have been using and loving in my personal life in hopes that it will elevate yours as well!
Here is what I’ve been using and loving this month:
🌟 Aura Bora Sparkling Water
My mentor Heather first introduced me to this elevated sparkling water and it was love at first sip! While other sparkling waters taste fake and often leave me with a tummy ache, I really appreciate that Aura Bora uses the highest quality ingredients straight from plants. I really love all the flavors, but the Lavender Cucumber and Lemongrass Coconut flavors have a special place in my heart.
🌟 Chocolate Tahini Overnight Oats
Looking for an easy, satiating, and tasty breakfast this summer? I’ve been loving (and perfecting) this recipe over the last few months and have been dying to share it. I also love how easy it is to throw together and it’s super travel-friendly.
In the past I struggled with overnight oats – they either wouldn’t keep me full long enough or they made me feel bloated. But this recipe has been checking all my boxes. Click here to download my recipe and let me know if it works for you too!
🌟 Digesting Emotions®
As a deep feeler, I’ve really been feeling the weight of the world recently. I know from my work and my own journey of healing my emotional eating, that we must feel, process, and transcend our emotions so we can stay rooted, grounded, and connected to our Highest Selves, even in the midst of chaos. So I’ve been turning to my favorite tool, Digesting Emotions® a tool I consciously designed and teach each of my clients in my Escape From Emotional Eating Programs, to help “lighten the load” and keep my emotional body healthy.
If we are working together now or have worked together in the past, I recommend using the Digesting Emotions tool to do the same.
If you are interested in learning tools that help you manage and process difficult emotions so you are no longer using food to cope, click here so we can connect and explore if working together is a fit.
Hope you find something fun or inspiring in these resources that support your body, mind, and soul in being of full service to you, your calling, and your purpose. Remember, if you want to thrive in this world, using food to cope will only get in your way.
I’d love to hear what you’re currently loving too… got a new recipe, book, or gizmo that brings joy to your life? I’d love to hear about it! Just hit “reply” and let me know!
In service to your freedom,
