How to Stop Eating When You’re Full

One of the things I love about being in person with my clients is witnessing the powerful healing around their relationship with food that takes place when we’re together.

And there’s one specific area I sense you could use some help with…

That’s knowing when to stop eating. And actually doing it.

When I ask women, “how do you know when we’re full?”, I often get blank stares and shoulder shrugs…

“Well…when my plate is clear?” squeaks out one woman.
“I have no idea!” exclaims another.
“I think I always overeat,” shamefully admits another.

When you rely on diets, portion control and meal plan measurements to tell you how much to eat – your relationship with your body’s natural fullness signs are very hard to hear or even notice.

Which means you’re either overeating or undereating at every meal. This sends your metabolism into a tailspin. And that’s no place to lose weight.
