How to Stop Eating When You’re Full

When I ask women, “how do you know when we’re full?”, I often get blank stares and shoulder shrugs…
“Well…when my plate is clear?” squeaks out one woman.
“I have no idea!” exclaims another.
“I think I always overeat,” shamefully admits another.
When you rely on diets, portion control and meal plan measurements to tell you how much to eat – your relationship with your body’s natural fullness signs are very hard to hear or even notice.
Which means you’re either overeating or undereating at every meal. This sends your metabolism into a tailspin. And that’s no place to lose weight.
