What To Do When You've Eaten Too Much
I remember this like it was yesterday.
The night where I ate more than I ever had before.
I had just moved into my own apartment in Center City, Philadelphia.
I was out with friends and I got a little carried away.
It was a night where I just ate and ate and ate and ate.
Afterwards I felt so sick. My belly looked like I was 5 months pregnant. I felt so nauseous because the guilt of it all was so ungodly.
Ever have a night like this?
Instead of getting sick, I decided to work it off.
So there I was, feeling disgusting, working out in my living room at 11 pm, after what should have been a basking in the after effects of a fun night out with my friends. All in an attempt to erase some of the calories I had so guiltily consumed.
2 minutes in, I only felt worse!
Back then, I wish I had known that there is a better way, a healthier way. And how to stop this same cycle from repeating itself like it did for me for years.
But now I do! And I want to share it with you!
If you’ve ever found yourself in a similar situation or think maybe knowing what to do after you’ve overeaten could be beneficial (Hello Thanksgiving!), I highly recommend you watch this:
If you’ve suffered from similar situations, I can help you. Let’s set some time to chat. You don’t have to suffer through this alone.
And feel free to share this with a friend or family member. She (and I) will love you forever for it.
Cheers to a healthy relationship with food and your body!
Love, health & laughter,
Jessica
