I see you.
You’re a woman who holds it all together all the time.
You are smart and successful.
You get things done.
You make it all look easy.
But no one knows that at the end of your long, stressful day, you’ll eat to take the edge off.
You eat to numb, to cope, to ground.
No one knows how much you think about food… How crazy it makes you feel… How distracted you really are.
No one knows how out of alignment you really feel.
You tell yourself you “should” have this stuff with food figured out by now.
That you “should” be happy.
That everything is “fine.”
You know you need help but could never bring yourself to go to an Overeaters Anonymous meeting… You don’t want to sit in a circle and just talk about your feelings.
You’ve been looking for something different…
Something that doesn’t cater to the masses.
Something for people like you. 🦄
You don’t want another annoying private Facebook group.
You want something special, private, personal.
You want someone you can trust, someone to hold your hand, someone who won’t coddle you but instead someone who will strongly lead you to a new advanced level.
You want someone you can talk to who will help you move things into action… and help you apply them to your unique life.
Because in the end, you want to be free from the self-destructive cycle you are currently trapped in with food, so your body, mind, and soul are in full alignment and service to your true calling and purpose.
If this is you, click here right now so we can connect privately.
It’s time for you to finally let yourself receive what you’ve been looking for.
In service to your freedom,

Hi,
Your relationship with food is intricately connected to your relationship with your mother.
Regardless of what your relationship with her is like today, the link between you, your mother, and food is undeniable.
For most people, this link between mothers, daughters, and food is a huge blind spot.
From my years of research, if the mother-daughter-food entanglement is not addressed head-on and healed at the roots, it can perpetuate the dysfunction and dis-ease in your relationship to food and your body. And then unconsciously pass it on to future generations.
Since it’s my duty as your coach to lovingly bring your blind spots into the light so they can be healed, I wanted to share a short clip from the special Mothers, Daughters, & Food™ series that I led exclusively for my clients.
These 5-minutes will be eye-opening, so I recommend that you listen to this clip with an open heart and an open mind. Click here to listen now.
Know that awareness is just the first step. There’s more that goes into truly breaking free, and I highly recommend that you don’t disconnect or go unconscious from here.
If you’re ready to take the next step, to move your awareness into action and true transformation with a high level of accountability and support, then click here so we can connect one-on-one and explore more.
In service to your freedom,

Hi,
Is using food to cope, soothe, and escape your busy, stressful life holding you back from reaching higher levels of success in your personal and professional life?
If so, you’re not alone.
The women I work with will tell you how their stress eating has made things in their life heavier and harder.
They will tell you how constantly thinking about food distracts them from their work and truly connecting with their kids. And how guilty that makes them feel.
And they will tell you how they have an inner knowing, a “calling,” to heal their relationship with food so they can be of greater service to our world… whether that’s to mother their kids like a she-wolf or take their heart-driven business to the next level.
Is this resonating with you?
In all of my Escape From Emotional Eating programs, I work with my clients to heal the roots of their relationship with food.
So they can use food as a nourishing asset – what it is truly meant to be! – rather than compelled to use food in a self-destructive way.
So how do we go about healing the roots of your emotional eating?
Well, thanks to my 10 years of research into the Psychology of Eating, plus having been an emotional eater myself, who is now free from that for 6+ years and counting, I discovered the 4 Roots of Emotional Eating®.
Meaning in our work together, we’ll first identify which combination of the 4 Roots is causing YOUR emotional eating.
Then, I’ll support you in step-by-step unlearning of your old, unhealthy behaviors and walk you through learning new behaviors that are aligned with your highest good.
And when you struggle or stumble along the way (because even though you’re a perfectionist, we’re all human, and no one gets anything perfect on the first try), I’ll be there to hold your hand and support you THROUGH it all, every step of the way.
You only have one life and one precious body.
You were not put on this planet to be held back from all that it has to offer.
So click here right now and apply so we can connect and explore the steps we’ll take together to set you free.
In service to your freedom,

P.S. You might be thinking, “But I’ve tried so many programs and worked with so many practitioners over the years with little results. I’m scared to be fully committed because I’ll just fail again.”
I hear this from many women, and it’s exactly why I created Escape From Emotional Eating because we, as high-achieving women, need to approach our relationship with food, energy, and our bodies differently.
Here is what a few of my clients (who said that exact same thing at the start of our work together) are saying now:
“This program has been a game-changer, and I’ve seen more changes in myself in the last 6 months than I have in the last 6 years (or ever really).” – Carly H., Boston, MA
“This program was different than anything I had tried before. It was a complete paradigm shift and I realize now that it’s not about willpower or dieting or working out a lot, it’s so much deeper than that. I am so grateful for this program and the support to get to the root, my core issues, with food.” – Susie K., Oxnard, CA

Food would calm me. Anytime I felt anxious, nervous, overwhelmed, or exhausted, eating would make me feel grounded and secure (albeit temporarily).
As I embarked on healing my relationship with food, I got clear that I needed a better, healthier, more aligned way for me to feel grounded and secure so I could stop overeating.
I had to learn new ways to reconnect to myself and my body – ways that didn’t require me to lose myself in the process.
Now, this is a foundational part of my work with my clients and I wanted to share a piece of that with you today!
Click on the video below to be guided through an experience that will help you feel more present, calm, and grounded in your body no matter where you are, no matter what is going on in your world.

These few minutes together will be so worth it!
In service to your freedom,

P.S. There is a lot more that goes into truly living IN your body and releasing emotional eating for good. If you’re ready to explore what those next steps are for you on your healing journey, click here to apply for support. 💖

Overeating is a sign of a deeper issue, one that has almost nothing to do with food and almost everything to do with your mother.
Yep, your mother.
This is why in my work with my clients, I am now leading a specific transformational series called Mothers, Daughters, and Food™. Today, I wanted to share a special treat, a short clip from that training series with you.

Warning: this clip may cause an ‘aha’ moment! ✨🙂
In order to truly heal your relationship with food and your body, we must heal the generational roots of dis-ease and dysfunction when it comes to your relationship with food and your feminine body.
This is why I created the Escape From Emotional Eating Programs. Because there is so much to heal, so much to untangle when it comes to food.
If you’re ready to heal the roots of your relationship with food so you don’t pass any of the dis-ease and dysfunction on to the children in your life, click here to apply so we can connect and explore which of my programs is a fit for you.
We have important work to do.

Stop and think about this… When you think about having fun, is eating usually involved?
While I do firmly believe that our relationship with food must involve pleasure, there is a very unhealthy socialized pattern where food = fun = self-sabotage.
I was recently asked about this on a podcast interview I did and I wanted to share a clip of that with you now. Click here to listen.
I can guarantee these 2 and a half minutes will start to shift and realign your relationship with food AND fun.
It’s so important you receive both in a healthy, aligned way!
In service to your freedom,

P.S. Have a question or challenge that you keep bumping up against when it comes to realigning your relationship with food? Simply hit “reply” to this email and send it my way! I’d love to hear from you. I’ll answer it in an upcoming weekly email OR respond to you directly. 😘

Ever wished you could secretly spy on me? Not in a creepy way (I hope!), but more like a fly on the wall in one of my retreats, sessions, or workshops?
Well, here’s your chance!
I’ll pulled together a special clip from an in-person workshop I led just 2 weeks ago.
The audio quality isn’t podcast perfect (it truly is a “fly on the wall” perspective 😂), but the content, teaching, and story I share is pure gold!

In this clip, you’ll learn:
- The neuroscience behind why you can’t stop eating even when you know you should
- The steps I take with my clients, so they overcome this (this is also what makes my work different than anything else out there)
- A real-life example of how healing emotional eating unleashed my client to fulfill her full potential
